Message received from Frank at lunchtime, Friday 3rd August.

"Arrived Chennai 13.30, weather is fine. Received a wonderful welcome, garlands and everything. Journey went without incident".

Will update as I receive further messages. Continue to pray for their safety and well being.

Well checked the site to see what you were up to just before I go to church. Sounds like the time has been great so far. How is Pam is she holding it together?? You are in my thoughts. Tell us more..

Pleased to hear the the Concert went well, hope you all enjoyed the experience and looking forward to seeing photograph's on your return.

Now you have to concentrate on Jailbreak and particularly Karen and Sally doing solo parts and Annie who is doing the narration for the first time.

Every blessing to all,

Jackie

Hi all,

Glad to hear everything is going well. Please let my mum and dad (carol & Taras) know that everything is ok here, although I think Mia is missing them a lot.

Enjoy the rest of the trip

Have spoken to Frank & Pamela just now, they were busy sorting out luggage to be transported overland tomorrow to Bangalore as the majority of the party travel by train from Chennai to Bangalore.

They have done a performance of Jailbreak this evening and had technical problems with the sound system, they were greatly encouraged by the audience after the event saying how they had enjoyed it and what a good message but we all know Pamela is a perfectionist and was not happy, but God knows they did their best.

A concern for prayer please is that a number of folk have gone down with upset tummies, not sure how severe but they have a long train journey tomorrow and will not enjoy it if they are feeling unwell.

They have been overwhelmed with the welcome they are getting everywhere they go and are receiving blessings in abundance.
God is good, Jackie

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST.

June Lambert, one of the choir members taken ill at Bangalore Airport and has been admitted to hospital, Jane Broome our choir secretary is staying with her so will not be travelling back with the rest of the party tomorrow.
I know no other details but please pray for a quick recovery for June and safe passage for the rest of the party as I'm sure they will be very anxious at having to leave June and Jane behind.

I will post further information as I get it.

Jackie, 4.15pm Thursday 9th Aug.

hi my name is taras,im not a member of the choir but went along to support my wife(who is disabled ) and the rest of the choir.its hard to think what to say first or last, but this much i will say pamela and the choir have shown all of us what GOD can do.look foward to sharing with my home church when we attend on sunday.
My only personal comment on the whole visit is this,if you ever get a chance to visit INDIA and share GOD,s word, DO IT the conditions may br challenging but GOD ALWAYS EQUIPS HIS PEOPLE FOR THE MISSION FIELD.
